Youth Group and RE Pot Luck

Last night's pot luck dinner was filled with wonderful food and great fellowship. Thank you to all the families that participated. It is a wonderful thing to see families come together to laugh, talk and pray. This is the way to build a strong church community that will continue to grow as our children become adults. If you were not able to make it do not worry as we will have another pot luck in may.

The youth group support team met after the pot luck. We had several new parents come to the meeting. We discussed upcoming events that include our Confirmation retreat on October 3rd and the haunted house for the Fall Fun Fest. Teri Leister sent me this email below about the haunted house-

Attention ALL parish youth (7^th grade and up) – It is once again time to plan – prepare – practice for this year’s upcoming Fall Fun Fest Haunted House on October 24^th. If you are interested, make plans now to attend the first meeting on Sept. 12^th at 9 AM by the playground.
